Shipping policy

Delivery

UK delivery is free on every order over £50.

Your delivery window is calculated at checkout from your address and our
current processing time, and shown before you pay. That date is the one we
are working to, and the estimate sharpens as we build order history.

We ship with DPD or Parcelforce. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves us. 

The Moth Pro set system ships as a single 6.6kg parcel.

International delivery

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. If you are outside the UK
and want a Moth Pro, email hello@mothmakeup.com and we will tell you what we
can do.

If something goes wrong

If your parcel has not arrived within 5 working days of the last date in your
delivery window, email hello@mothmakeup.com with your order number and we
will open a claim that day.

If your order arrives damaged, photograph the outer packaging and the contents
before unpacking further, and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We will
replace it.

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. See our refund policy for
full terms.
